Sessions is a very fast-past environment which can have its challenges but it also means I am exposed to so many great opportunities for personal development and exposure to new skills. My previous roles had a high level of micro management but with Sessions I feel very independent which has built a high level of trust and personal growth, however I also have the support of my team when I need it. I really appreciate how easy it is to have a conversation or approach a situation with any member of management without feeling patronised, always so accommodating and open to hear what you have to say. Working for Sessions makes me very proud & I am very excited to see what is yet to come….

Having spent my whole career in hospitality, food, and drink, Sessions has given me a whole new lens on the industry. It’s where traditional experience meets modern innovation. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with incredible brand founders, supporting them as we expand their already successful concepts. One of my proudest moments has been launching the first permanent Ivan Ramen restaurant in London and managing Sessions’ first central production kitchen, which now supplies the site with our batch-developed recipes. In less than two years, my career growth has skyrocketed — especially since my promotion in January to Culinary Development Manager. Sessions has pushed me to evolve, innovate, and make a real impact on some of the most exciting food brands in the market.
