Sessions is a very fast-past environment which can have its challenges but it also means I am exposed to so many great opportunities for personal development and exposure to new skills. My previous roles had a high level of micro management but with Sessions I feel very independent which has built a high level of trust and personal growth, however I also have the support of my team when I need it. I really appreciate how easy it is to have a conversation or approach a situation with any member of management without feeling patronised, always so accommodating and open to hear what you have to say. Working for Sessions makes me very proud & I am very excited to see what is yet to come….

Sessions is a genuinely inspiring work place in part because of the mission driven work we do but largely down to the amazing team we have. It is low ego and super meritocratic so I feel empowered to stand up and propose ideas and know that I will be listened to and supported!
