THE ROLE

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in a high-growth start-up which offers a huge opportunity for career progression, to develop their network in the hospitality industry alongside a proven and highly regarded management team and to play a key role in building a massive business.

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as Operations Executive for our SoBe Burger brand. This is a junior role ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to get into the world of start-ups. The role will be responsible for solving problems in our host estate to keep them running and optimise performance. This has a broad remit which will enable the individual to get a good understanding of what world class operations look like.

We are a very high-growth start-up, with a team experienced in high velocity scaling. We need someone who shares our mentality and shares our fierce belief in our products and in our business model. The previous Operations Executive has since been promoted multiple times as is currently Live Operations Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

🤝 Host Operators Support:
- Work closely with all our licenced & franchised sites to help them overcome any issues in their operations
- Help the operations team to roll-out process changes / operational improvements
- Produce materials for use by on-site operations teams

 👷 Project Work:
- Work with local councils for licensing or approvals

 👍 Compliance:
- Co-ordinate compliance with health and safety or other paperwork requirements
- Ensure sites are compliant with company processes / requirements

 🍔 Brand Standards:

- Complete spot checks on our sites to ensure they’re operating to the right standards and feedback to senior management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

✅ Degree from a top university or equivalent, 2:1 or higher

✅Applicants must hold a current and valid driving license
✅ Willingness to travel extensively to visit host locations and attend meetings and conferences as needed but ability to be regularly in the London office
✅ Experience within the hospitality industry
✅ Action-driven individual able to get things done but also to consult and influence across the business
✅ Ambitious with a drive to join a fast paced, high growth company
✅ Well-rounded individual able and willing to flex to take ownership where necessary outside of their areas of core responsibility
✅ A quick learner who wants to understand multiple areas of the business in detail
✅ Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
✅ Expert level of English language
