Shelter Hall is owned by Sessions – the record label for food. We find the most exciting talent in food, produce delicious hits (menus) and take them on tour to neighbourhoods across the country through our food halls, dark kitchens and partners.

This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space. Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests, all ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team.

Love meeting new people and making great first impressions? As a Host/Hostess at Shelter Hall, you’ll be the friendly face that kicks off every guest’s experience! You’ll be greeting, seating, managing walk-ins, and keeping the vibe flowing across our buzzing two-floor venue.

Think of yourself as the ultimate vibe-checker—helping guests find the best spot, answering questions, and working with the floor and bar teams to keep things running smoothly. If you’ve got top-notch people skills, a big smile, and can stay cool under pressure, we want you on our team!

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to spend long periods of time on your feet
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Confident speaking to new people
• Excellent level of English language
• Right to work in the UK
